Welcome to our 2 gites in Charente-Maritime, not far from La Rochelle, for 6 persons, with not-heated swimming-pool.

For your holidays in Poitou-Charentes, we propose 2 recent-built gites, one with 2 bedrooms, the other with 3 bedrooms, each for 6 persons. You will access to the swimming-pool of the owners (length 8,50 m, width 4,50 m, depth 1,30 m) and to the area with swing, baby-foot and tennis-table, children will be able to play to football in the great area in grass.

Well-situated to discover the region, between La Rochelle and Rochefort, only 15 km from the beach of Chatelaillon-Plage (about 15 min by car), the Marais Poitevin, less than 1 hour by car, the great zoo of La Palmyre (about 1 hour by car) and also to visit Fouras, Brouage, the islands of Ré, Oléron, Madame, and Aix and many other sites to be discovered with great pleasure.

Our gites :

Inside, you find in each of gites a sitting-room with 2 sofas, TV, for your meals, one table and 6 chairs, the little opened-kitchen with all electricals equipments (dishwasher, washing-machine, oven, fridge-freezer, microwaves, cofffee-maker, electric-kettle, iron and all the dish for 6 persons), one shower-room, and independant toilets.

Our gite "Seaside" with 2 bedrooms : 1 bedroom with a double-bed and one with 2 single-beds and 1 bunk-bed

Our gite "Countryside" with 3 bedrooms : 1 bedroom with a double-bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single-beds and 1 bedroom with 1 bunk-bed.

Outside, a little private and closed garden with terrace barbecue and garden furniture and parking areas for each gite.

OUR PRICES :

On departure, we ask you to leave the gite in good clean conditions. But if you prefer, we may clean the gite (price : 30 euros).

It is possible to rent sheets (10 € for double bed, 8 € per single bed) and towels (5 €per person).

All cleaning products are available within the gites.
